<p>Its an inherent desire in humans to be happy. In india the ancient sages, through inquiry about life, were able to reach of state of consciousness in which the secrets of healthier, happier, and meaningful living were revealed to them. Sages called that secret and sacred knowledge &#8216;YOGA&#8217;<span id="more-523"></span></p>
<p>The term YOGA is derived from Sanskrit word YUJ, meaning union. The union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. The knowledge of yoga can be found in ancient indian scriptures dating back over 5000 years. This knowledge was first revealed by Lord Shiva to his wife Parvati ( also known as Shakti , the cosmic creative energy according to Hindu Mythology.</p>
<p>Yoga transcends any religion or culture. Its application is universal. Yoga is not merely a form of exercise for the body , but a path towards total harmony of body, mind, and sprit, that ultimately leads to Self realization. The union with the self . <p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline">Vitamin B12 </span></em></strong>deficiencies cause damage brain and nervous system. <span id="more-92"></span>Initial stage symptoms such as fatigue, depression and poor memory. A vitamin B12 deficiency is a disorder and indications of deficiency of vitamin b12 when they reach at high stage .fatigue, paleness, anorexia, mental confusion, delusions, paranoia, weight loss; respiratory problems are just some indications that a person may have a B12 Deficiency.</p>
<p>Vitamin B12 is important vitamin that we usually get from our food. It is found in meat and milk product. Vitamin B12 helps to make our red blood cell and keep our nervous system working.</p>
<p>Vitamin B12 deficiency may be big problem if inadequate absorption of nutrients in the digestive system. Hydrochloric acid in the stomach releases b12 from protein during digestion .B12 combines with a substance called intrinsic factor before it is absorbed into the bloodstream.</p>
<p>Vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms<em> </em>as many other treatable conditions may be virtually identical to age dementia symptoms, senile dementia symptoms and Alzheimer symptoms. In the age of 65 many people has low Vitamin B12.</p>
<p>Vitamin B12 Deficiency Symptoms are as following:-</p>
<ol>
<li>Paleness</li>
<li>loss of appetite</li>
<li>numbness and tingling of hands and feet</li>
<li>shortness of breath</li>
<li>fatigue</li>
<li>weakness</li>
<li>sore mouth</li>
<li>sore tongue</li>
<li>Confusion in mental status.</li>
</ol>
<p>B12 maintain our nervous system and help nerve cells healthy.B12 also help in the production DNA.  Pregnant women need increased amount of B12 for proper fetal development. Diets may also a deficiency in the B12 in most people because they get it from food. Digestion problem may be cause of B12 deficiency.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline">Medical use and Treatment</span></em></strong></p>
<p>Vitamin B12 tables and injection used in treatment of deficiency of Vitamin B12</p>
<p>These supplements carry such of vitamin that 1%  to 5% of high oral doses of free crystalline B12 is absorbed.</p>
<p>Recently  sublingual methylcobalamin in 1 mg tables. Physicians give Vitamin B12 Injections this  known as cobalamin or cyanocobalamin injections ,  to patients that are suffering from anemia, fatigue or other deficiency sysmptoms. Patients which have pernicious anemia require lifelong vitamin B12 injections and may want to consider</p>
<p>Dietary changes for b12 deficiency.</p>
<p>There are many side effects of these injections of vitamin B12. Some of are as:</p>
<p>Nausea, upset stomach, mild diarrhea, headache, joint pain etc.</p>
<p>There are other side effect of Injections which are uncommon and serious are :-</p>
<p>A heart palpitations, a rapid heartbeat, rapid weight gain, muscle weakness, muscle pain , muscle cramps, a feeling extreme thirst, frequent urination, leg pain a sense of confusion ,numbness, shortness of breath with mild exertion or when lying down, redness, pain or a feeling of warmth in one leg, tenderness or swelling in one leg, a red skin color on the face, a red skin color anywhere on the body ,hives, itching, skin rash etc may occur.</p>
<p>The two enzymatic reaction are dependent on vitamin b12 the first reaction, methylmalolonic acid is converted to succinyl1-CoA using vitamin b12 .the second reaction homocysteine is converted to methionine by using vitamin b-12 and folic acid.</p>
<p>The vitamin b12 deficiency based on low serum vitamin b12 level ,less than 200pg per mL, along with clinical evidence of disease.</p>
<p>This tells that the patients tend to present with neuropsychiatric disease in the absence of hematologic finding. and farther measurement of metabolites such as methylmalonic acid and homocysteine have been seen to be more sensitive in the vitamin b12 deficiency than measurement of serum b12 level alone. In the pernicious anemia injection is given for month to years.</p>
<p>The methylmalonic acid and homocysteine level diagnosis of vitamin b12 deficiency has found some surprising facts. almost 50% of patients have serum vitamin b12 level above 200pg per mL.</p>

<p><span id="more-24"></span> Be it our classical dance forms or their western counterparts, dancing is about feeling happy, alive and excited; about tapping into dormant energy; about tending to the mind, body and soul. “Dance is de-stressing,” says dance instructor Shiamak Davar. “It keeps you healthy, makes you focus better, and keeps you happy.” When one dances, one is in total control of his mind, body and soul. “Nowadays, teenagers as young as 13 and silver citizens aged 70 and above are learning to dance. For them, it’s an opportunity to interact with people, lose weight and correct body posture. Many painfully shy young girls have opened up and have gained confidence through dancing. Couples have revived their souring relationships by dancing together,” says well-known dance coach Sandip Soparrkar. “Dance fitness, be it jazz, aerobics or belly dancing, is catching on all over the world,” adds Bangalore’s fitness guru and founder of Figurine Fitness, Santosh Kumar. Actor-dancer Hema Malini swears by the benefits of Bharatnatyam—A deeper connection with the inner self, better eyesight, poise, posture, coordination and memory, healthier bones, muscles and hormonal balance. To actor Hrithik Roshan, jazz dancing is about busting tension and anxiety, muscle toning and weight loss, release of positive energy and feel-good endorphins and adrenaline, better grasp of emotions and improved communication skills. Kathak, for actor Sameera Reddy, is a cardiovascular exercise that improves stamina, concentration, blood and oxygen circulation; strengthens lungs, bones and muscles, and delays wrinkling. TV actor and classical dancer Sangeeta Ghosh says, “Dancing rejuvenates one’s spirit and sends out positive messages to the senses and the soul.” Little wonder then that dance is fast gaining ground as a therapy. “Creative dance therapy uses movement to unlock our bodies’ capacity to communicate and express emotions better,” says Bangalore-based dance educator, movement therapist and choreographer Tripura Kashyap. “It unchains people from habitual movement patterns and helps them discover a new body language. The movement enhances team spirit, trust, inter-personal skills, strengthens bodymind connection and self-awareness, releases physical and mental stress, builds concentration and confidence, increases motivation and bestows leadership qualities.” “Dance therapy provides balanced m e t ab o l i s m , which keeps the body healthy,” opines Bangalorebased dance therapist Dr A V Satyanarayana, who has used Indian classical dance for everything from helping expectant mothers deliver naturally without complications, to addressing hypertension, diabetes, depression, repetitive stress disorders and even improving sex life. “Dance is not monotonous like other forms of physical exercise. Moored in the sense of beauty and love, dance helps the dancer to think positive, keep the mind relaxed, and develop harmonious personal relationships,” he says. The American Council on Exercise has found that people who participated in ballroom dancing at least twice a week are less likely to develop dementia. So what are you waiting for?
